cartricge of ram for TC 2068

Hello , don't know if this will work... I am actually building an cartridge for the timex 2068, with 128k ram (obviously only 64k is acessible via games ...) and also an eprom with 64 K...

The ideia is to make stuff and to tweak, me and Ribeiro... there might be some mistakes on this thought.
the cpld doesn't need clock I believe. I put there just in case we need some delayed stuff or something. and to use GATES to change the behaviour of the ram, or the rom...

Well, it looks interesting. One question: how are you going to switch the internal memory (RAM and ROM) off? Bear in mind, you do not have an access to /BE line at the cart connector (TC2068). Blocking /ROMCS and /ROSCS is not enough for your 128K module.

Schematics would say more than a PCB image.

Ok will give schematics later.
Romcs is there.. this will disconnects the rom... not the ram though. But I can remove them... hehe
This is just to play. To see what is possible. Maybe not much. Not implemented yet  maybe later this weekend.

I am thinking of making An ram SDRAM SRAM replacement with some additional stuff to increase compatibility .
I already made an sdram sram to replace the dram . And it worked.
Will post the video later this day.

very simple just signals passing through the cpld to get some kind of control... I have to learn how to program it first, it's just vaporware. don't know what  is possible  maybe not much, like KWF said, but I wonder...
I will put better schematics then
... there is also some mistakes on the pcb.
