- blank pc keycaps set signed via laser (no backlight)
- transparent pc keycaps set with top layer of color and signed via laser (for backlight)
- any pc keys with stickers (no backlight)

Not so easy as you mean, but yes. With special laser is possible sign direct any blank pc keys (not transparent). Also is possible use combination of laser and color for laser signing.
