Idea about disable collisions between internal DIVMMC and external devices. You must connect signal ROMCS from ZX bus to pins /CE on divmmc sram and divmmc eeprom chip instead MREQ. ROMCS is same as direct connection of MREQ, but external device can disconnect internal memory in low 16kB of address space in any time.

Hmm, i mod one of my JS128 on this way  but it does not work.
