Crossplatform PC ZX Paint?

Is there any ZX Paint for PC Windows? I have ZX48K and want to do some pixelart.
I am Atari 800 pixelartist... Thanks for any link.

Good software to painting on PC is ZX Paintbrush - http://www.zxmodules.de/
ZX Paintbrush can convert images from other formats like jpg, gif, bmp, png, so you can make pictures on your favorite software.
You must remember about 8x8 colour square and use colors similar to ZX Spectrum palette.
